Here are two ways to change or cancel your hotel booking:
Cancel online
1. Sign in to your Plannin account
2. Go to ‘My bookings’ in the header navigation panel
3. Click ‘View/Cancel Itinerary’ on the booking you’d like to cancel
4. Look over the cancelation policy
5. If you agree, click ‘cancel’
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email for the cancelation
7. Note: The cancelation email may not include refund/credit details
8. If details are missing, we’ll email you once the request is processed
